We seek to contribute as much as we can as individuals, but we know that by working together we can achieve more, significantly more. We firmly believe in the adage of “collective wisdom outshines individual judgment”.
Our culture is defined by a desire to engage and create real partnerships, where there is a collective effort to create a win-win scenario for all stakeholders.
David Eldridge and Mike Talbot, with a combined experience of over 50 years in marketing technology, saw an opportunity to transform the audience engagement space.
It is becoming increasingly clear that the usual forms of engagement are becoming less productive with declining response rates. The current way to engage audiences is just not sustainable. There has to be a better way.
The market is moving to a more personalised 1:1 approach to engagement, but is this sufficient to motivate a response? What they realised is that it is not just about deciding which offers might be of interest to the individual but more importantly what kind of rewarding experience can be provided.
It is all about creating an engagement experience that is as valuable and rewarding as possible by making it fun, informative, exciting, competitive, and rewarding, all at the same time.
David established his first company, age 14, to market the software he wrote, which won first prize in a BBC National Competition.
Roles at Shell and GP Group were followed in 1997 by the co-founding of Alterian plc, where David led its IPO in 2000 and its development to become a recognised leader in the marketing platform space. He is joint founder of 3radical.
