David Eldridge and Mike Talbot, with a combined experience of over 50 years in marketing technology, saw an opportunity to transform the audience engagement space.
It is becoming increasingly clear that the usual forms of engagement are becoming less productive with declining response rates. The current way to engage audiences is just not sustainable. There has to be a better way.
The market is moving to a more personalised 1:1 approach to engagement, but is this sufficient to motivate a response? What they realised is that it is not just about deciding which offers might be of interest to the individual but more importantly what kind of rewarding experience can be provided.
It is all about creating an engagement experience that is as valuable and rewarding as possible by making it fun, informative, exciting, competitive, and rewarding, all at the same time.
David established his first company, age 14, to market the software he wrote, which won first prize in a BBC National Competition.
Roles at Shell and GB Group were followed in 1997 by the co-founding of Alterian plc, where David led its IPO in 2000 and its development to become a recognised leader in the marketing platform space. He is joint founder of 3radical.

Aaron has spent the last 13 years working in a wide variety of digital roles spanning fields as diverse as tv-on-demand, life science marketing and e-commerce.
As head of development he oversees all practical parts of the development of the Voco platform. Ensuring the highest possible quality standards are adhered to throughout the life-cycle of every solution.
A multi-lingual commercial director with extensive experience of engaging customer, clients and consumers, be they in FMCG, retail or manufacturing, including packaging, lingerie and steel.
Passionate and enthusiastic, she carries these traits to activities beyond the normal realms of work, including her twin boys’ football, rugby and scouting activities, choir and other forms of music, Everton and Welsh rugby. She also likes asking lots of questions.LinkedIn
Matt is a highly experienced marketer with deep knowledge of the IT industry.
Whilst he has come from a communications agency background, his previous roles in senior strategic positions have helped him understand not only how to build effective marketing teams, but how to foster integrated thinking across sales, marketing and product.

Based in Singapore, Sam leads customer success at 3radical, working with the global customer success teams to drive continual improvement in the service we deliver to our clients. Sam also acts as the voice of the customer in the planning of future improvements and developments in our software.
A marketer by trade and a communications expert, Sam has over 20 years of experience in understanding the needs and motivations of individuals, and planning and executing marketing and communication strategies to meet them.LinkedIn
Mike started his career as a games programmer and designer, before joining Brann Software as technical director.
In 1997 Mike co-founded Alterian, and in his role as CTO and latterly President, was responsible for the market vision of the Alterian product range and the technology vision that underpinned it.

Clive is CEO and founder of Agent3, an award-winning digital marketing solution business with offices in London, New York, San Francisco and Sofia.
Previously CEO of Bite Communications, an agency with more than 300 people in 14 offices. During his career, Clive has worked in California and South Africa.
An avid West Ham United fan (for his sins), Clive juggles his business career with a (demanding) wife, three (unruly) children and a (disobedient) dog called Frisco.LinkedIn
George has a technical background. His roles have spanned strategic consulting, business development and operations in a career focused on leading edge technologies.
As CEO of Lone Worker Solutions, the private company has become a global market leader. George formerly held positions with Perot Systems/DELL, Accenture and BP.
